I come from China, I have been London for one month. I think have a lot of different.
In my country, the weather very clearly. but I think here considering two reasons like spring and winter. not clearly. sometime very warm in the morning but until the afternoon very cold the whole day. In my country seldom. but when the summer change autumn, often people catch cold or cough. maybe not adapt in the beginning.
In my opinion,the food very different. London's food very fatty. but there is very delicious and tasty.China's food very healthy and some food low fat.
The traffic unhabit in the beginning have been here. because In London have a lot of light traffic and between the distance very short. and the driver in the left.
I like here, I hope I can habit everything.

the sentence needs a subject. Use 'there'.
"different" is an adjective. Use the plural noun 'differences'
'I think there are a lot of differences.'

Remember, when we talk about the weather, we use the subject 'it'
'sometimes it is very warm in the morning but in the afternoon it is very cold the whole day'
"In London have a lot of light traffic"
As above, when we use countable nouns in the plural we need to have the correct grammar.
'In London,there are a lot of traffic lights'
